Omnium® Trademark Usage Guidelines

General

The Omnium® name and the Omnium® logo are registered trademarks of The University of New South Wales (College of Fine Arts) Sydney, Australia and Mr Rick Bennett (founder and director of The Omnium Project research group). If you are intending to use either the Omnium® name or Omnium® logo to promote your own commercial initiatives and/or services, then you must first seek direct written permission to do so from Mr Rick Bennett, via the "contact us" link at  http://www.omnium.net.au

These conditions are in accordance with normal trademark restrictions and limitations.

If you are a licensee of Omnium® Software under the terms of the GNU General Public License (Version 2), then you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable, limited license to use the "Powered by Omnium® Software" logo (the logo) included in the software distribution within the web based interface of an installation of Omnium® Software. In this circumstance, the logo must remain unaltered in appearance and must continue to provide a hypertext reference to The Omnium Project website as pre-configured in the standard distribution. You are permitted to move the logo and hypertext reference within your web based interface design and also apply the same logo and reference to new web based interface designs for use with the Omnium® Software you have been licensed provided that;

  1. The logo remains unaltered in appearance.
  2. The pre-configured hypertext reference to The Omnium Project website continues to function via the logo.
  3. It's placement does not infer that the website is owned or operated by The Omnium Project.
  4. It is not obscured by other design elements or derided by the get-up of the design in any way.

This license does not infringe on the license conditions of the GNU General Public License (Version 2) in any way.

Permission to use the logo in any form or medium not specified in these terms is not implied by this license. To use the "Powered by Omnium® Software" logo or any other trade or service mark of The Omnium Project in any other form or medium, please refer to the Omnium® Trademark Usage general guidelines outlined above.

This license may be modified, added to, replaced or revoked at any time by the trademark owner in its sole discretion.
