We fixed it about a week ago, to get it working you can paste this <a href="http://open.omnium.net.au/trac/changeset/1213/trunk/codebase/includes/classes/MODULE_Resources.class.php">function</a> into the MODULE_Resources file. The 'Suggest new resource' button correctly appears but it only brings up a blank page (no warnings, nothing).<br /> With higher rights (i.e. as Moderator or Admin) the button works just fine as well as the similar one 'Create new resource'. Within the admin-panel all rights seem to be set correctly (User can suggest; Admins can create) but again .. I can't even enable a specific user for the suggest-feature in the panel. Every attempt is prompted with "That user does not exist".<br /> So far the only workaround would be to enable users to 'manage items' within resources - which is the same setting as for Admins. </p>
